Refund Policy
We at Texas Business ELVES strive to provide our paid subscribers with information and resources that they believe are well worth paying for and are reasonably priced, to boot. And with Texas Business ELVES being a subscription service that is personally used rather than a good or product that is manufactured and sold, it is our policy that we do NOT offer refunds for paid subscriptions based on a subscriber simply being unhappy or dissatisfied with our website or resources.
That being said, if you notice what you believe to be an error in the amount you have been charged for subscribing to our website or you believe you have been a victim of identity fraud that resulted in an unauthorized paid subscription to Texas Business ELVES, we want to know about it so we can take appropriate steps to help remedy those rare situations. If either of these situations applies to you, please email our Chief Elf Officer at ceo@texasbusinesselves.com and we will look into the matter. All such issues are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
